David and Arian had one of the most amazing receptions we have ever been a part of.  A Town A List did a crazy good job and left nothing on the stage that night.  It would only make sense to cap off such a great wedding day with such a great party.  Arian and David’s wedding at Cliffs at Glassy was perfection.  The first look… The vows… The weather… and the Party.  They were all perfect.  We had such a great time with them from the start of the day to the end.  Enjoy their full wedding film above and relive the magic of their day.

Here is Maggie and Mason’s full wedding film.  Their wedding was filmed on an gorgeous day at Wildberry Farm in Marion, SC.  With the breathtaking farm backdrop, Maggie and Mason said their vows in front of friends and family at the Wildberry Farm chapel.  After that, we had plenty of time with the two of them to capture some sunset photos around the farm.  These two were up for anything and it made for some great photos and video.  Maggie and Mason finished their night in the Wildberry Farm barn with an insane reception.  Such a great way to finish off their day.

“Whenever I’ve ever thought about marriage, I always thought the same thing… That I want somebody I can build a life with… You are that person.” Those were just some of the words Chris wrote to Amber in the card he gave her before their wedding.  Being able to capture him reading those words to her and being able to capture her reaction was amazing and beautiful.  We loved so much about this couple and this day and we are so honored we got to be a part of it. Landon and Hannah were married in Greenville, SC at the Ryan Nicholas Inn. We had such a great time with this awesome couple all day.  We were able to spend a lot of time with them and their wedding party while they were getting ready for their day to capture the small intimate details with everyone.  After that, we had absolutely beautiful weather that allowed us to walk around the grounds at the Ryan Nicholas Inn to capture all of the beautiful moments with Hannah and Landon before their ceremony.  Their ceremony was perfect and we had such a great time spending the day with these two.  Enjoy this small taste of their day and be sure to stay tuned for their full wedding film.

We had such a great time with David and Arian.  Not only did they have an absolutely beautiful ceremony at Cliffs at Glassy chapel, but their reception was such an amazing party.  All day long, these two were willing to do anything we asked and they were soaking up every minute of their day. Seth and Brooke’s wedding ceremony took place in Greer, SC at Washington Baptist Church and their reception was in Spartanburg SC at Indigo Hall.  It was such a great day with such a fun group of people.  We absolutely loved the way Seth and Brooke interacted through the day and loved catching glimpses of them looking at each other and smiling.  It’s the small details like those moments that we love to capture.

You really couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day for this couple.  The weather was perfect, the setting was beautiful, the guests were awesome… From start to finish, it was the most ideal day any bride could have ever hoped for.

Danielle and Jacob were married in the Larkin’s courtyard in downtown Greenville and it was quite the ceremony.  Danielle Baker always does a terrific job as officiant in making every ceremony personal and feel special and this time was no different.  As she read their letters to each other that they had written beforehand, there was a complete mixture of laughter and tears in the crowd.  It was a perfect testimony to the type of relationship Danielle and Jacob have.  You could see it even more during their reception when their friends and family got up to deliver their speeches. As everyone told their stories about Danielle and Jacob and how they were impacted by their relationship, it gave you a unique glimpse into the type of people they are and the love they have for each other.

They finished the day off with Steel Toe Stiletto bringing the house down at the reception.  It was a tremendous celebration with all of their friends and family and a great way to end their wedding day.

We are so thankful that we got to be a part of sharing this amazing story with everyone.  Such a great group of people and we hope you enjoy reliving the day as much as we have!

We were so excited to be a part of Daniel and Claire’s big day.  Not only were they an extremely fun couple to be around all day, but they were also one of the first weddings to take place over at Southern Bleachery at Taylors Mill.  

When we arrived, we were able to spend some time with Claire and her friends while they were getting ready and also grab some footage around the Taylors Mill.  The venue was amazing and Claire and Daniel couldn’t have asked for a better setting. 

During the ceremony, we knew the minute we saw Daniel’s reaction to seeing Claire walking down the aisle that we were in for an emotional ride.  You could feel the emotion in the room as Claire and Daniel said their vows to each other and afterwards, we were able to get some private time with them up on the roof of the mill.  This gave us the perfect opportunity to capture some incredible sunset footage and also get to spend some time with Claire and Daniel away from everyone else while they just enjoyed being together.

This was a fun day indeed and we are so happy we were on hand for Claire and Daniel’s wedding day fun.  It was so great getting to see such a beautiful wedding take place at Southern Bleachery and the transformation that has taken place over at Taylors Mill.  Angie over at Culpepper Designs always does an amazing job, but this time, she really outdid herself.

Same Day Edit :: Jessica + David :: “That’s For Life” :: A Hotel Domestique Elopement

David and Jessica decided to do something crazy… then they invited us along for the ride… and we are so glad they did.  They contacted us about a week ago because they had plans to do an elopement at Hotel Domestique in Traveler’s Rest, SC and they wanted a Same Day Edit to post online to break the news of their wedding to their friends and family….. Well….. Here it is… SURPRISE!!!

David was graduating from grad school on Friday and their family would be in town, together to celebrate.  Their plan was to tell everyone their plans to get married on Sunday at David’s graduation on Friday night.  This way, they would have their closest family members in town and by their side for the big day.  As it turns out, things didn’t go exactly as planned and some travel plans were falling through.  So David and Jessica decided to break the news to their family a few days early to make sure everyone would be in town to celebrate with them.

This couple was so awesome.  I love how much fun they had while we were with them.  From running through the fields to the way David kept cracking Jessica up, you can see just how much fun these two had on their big day.  We are so honored they invited us to be a part of the elopement they wanted to share with their family and allowing us to be a part of the huge surprise for their friends with this Same Day Edit film.

As filmmakers, the thing we love most about filming weddings is the fact that every story is different.  We don’t go in with a script and as shot list like traditional films.  Instead, we watch the day unfold and create a story from a blank canvas.  We let the bride, the groom, their friends and their family put paint on the canvas and then we weave it all together into a portrait that tells the story of the couple and their day.

Sometimes, you get handed a true gem during the day, something that really stands out in your mind and you’re thinking to yourself the whole time “This is AWESOME!” For us, that moment happened during Travis and Natasha’s reception.  Everyone gave incredible speeches and told amazing stories, which made it difficult for us to narrow down exactly which ones to include in their highlights film, but in the end, we chose to use the ones that best told the story of the day.

We are really proud of the way this one turned out…. The story we were able to tell.  It’s a true testament to the love these two have for each other that their friends and family got so emotional while talking about them and their lives together.  It was definitely a wedding we will remember for quite some time.
