Wedding Highlights Film :: Danielle + Jacob :: “Always Remember to Love and Laugh” :: Greenville, SC

You really couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day for this couple.  The weather was perfect, the setting was beautiful, the guests were awesome… From start to finish, it was the most ideal day any bride could have ever hoped for.

Danielle and Jacob were married in the Larkin’s courtyard in downtown Greenville and it was quite the ceremony.  Danielle Baker always does a terrific job as officiant in making every ceremony personal and feel special and this time was no different.  As she read their letters to each other that they had written beforehand, there was a complete mixture of laughter and tears in the crowd.  It was a perfect testimony to the type of relationship Danielle and Jacob have.  You could see it even more during their reception when their friends and family got up to deliver their speeches. As everyone told their stories about Danielle and Jacob and how they were impacted by their relationship, it gave you a unique glimpse into the type of people they are and the love they have for each other.

They finished the day off with Steel Toe Stiletto bringing the house down at the reception.  It was a tremendous celebration with all of their friends and family and a great way to end their wedding day.

We are so thankful that we got to be a part of sharing this amazing story with everyone.  Such a great group of people and we hope you enjoy reliving the day as much as we have!

Wedding Highlights Film :: Mika + Emily :: “The Best Ride Ever” :: Magnolia Plantation :: Charleston, SC

Man, we loved this wedding.  It literally had it all.  From the beautiful church location to the epic reception at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. As if that wasn’t enough, Mika and Emily were surrounded by their friends and family at the reception, and there, they were treated to some very emotional speeches given by those that know and love them the most.

As we were sitting there filming all of the speeches, we looked around the room multiple times and noticed there were very few dry eyes in the room.  It’s such a great testament to their relationship and the love they have for each other when you hear so many people getting up and telling story after story about them and their relationship. It was really amazing and I’m so glad we were there to capture them so we could feature some of those speeches in their highlights film.

Emily and Mika were such a special couple and we had so much fun hanging out with them and their friends and family all day. From the time we arrived to film their prep until the time we left, we didn’t stop smiling… and as you can see in the highlights film, we weren’t the only ones!

Emily and Mika, thank you again for inviting us to capture your day.  We had such a great time and hope you enjoy reliving the day through your highlights film.

Wedding Highlights Film :: Jeff + Lala :: “Deeper & Surer” :: Biltmore Estate :: Asheville, NC

Jeff and Lala’s wedding on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate was nothing short of breathtaking.  The entire day we were laughing and having fun with Jeff, Lala, their friends and their family.

We always love when a couple decides to do a first look on the day of their wedding, but this one definitely took the cake.  Their photographer, Jill, found the perfect location near the Inn on Biltmore Estate that had the most amazing view of the mountains surrounding the area.  Despite the overcast day, it was a beautiful moment watching Jeff and Lala as they had a private moment seeing each other for the first time.

After that, we headed down to the Biltmore Estate for some photos with their wedding party and we took full advantage of the views and the estate grounds. Of course, their ceremony and reception at the Lioncrest was the perfect culmination of their day.  Surrounded by their friends and family, Lala and Jeff said their vows before spending the rest of the evening celebrating their new life together, surrounded by the people that love them most.

Lala and Jeff, thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of your day.  We are so happy with how your highlights film turned out and hope you enjoy reliving the day for years to come.

Wedding Highlights Film :: Brittany + Alex :: “Marriage is a Gift” :: Bluffton, SC

From the time I first met Brittany and Alex during a site visit at their house on Belfair Plantation and they treated me to BLTs at their house, I knew these two would be a fantastic couple.

They picked one of the most beautiful locations in the lowcountry for their wedding.  The setup on Belfair Plantation couldn’t be more perfect.  With their ceremony location overlooking the water and rental houses just beside their ceremony location, the entire day couldn’t have gone better.

One of the things I remember most vividly from their ceremony was the officiant.  When we were putting together their wedding film, we had so much great content from their ceremony because their officiant simply nailed it.  Hands down one of the best wedding messages we have ever heard.

Of course, the day didn’t stop there.  After the ceremony, we all went to the entrance of the plantation and took sunset footage under the old moss covered oak trees.  The time we had with Alex and Brittany under the trees at sunset was simply gorgeous.  Then came the reception.  From the time the speeches ended, the party didn’t stop. Their band kept the party going all night long until the big finale….. A huge fireworks display over the water.  You simply couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

Brittany and Alex, thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of your wedding day.  We are so happy to share your wedding film with you and your friends and hope you enjoy reliving the day as much as we have!

Wedding Teaser Film :: Megan + Colton :: Charleston, SC

We spent this pas Friday in Charleston at the beautiful Boone Hall Plantation with some pretty incredible people.  This is a teaser film we created for their wedding.  Be sure to check back soon for their full highlights film.

Wedding Highlights Film :: Kate + Lukas :: “Stories of the Past, Dreams for the Future” :: Salem, SC

I think it goes without saying that Kate was one of the happiest brides we have ever worked with.  It was evident on the day of the wedding, but as soon as we got back and started editing their footage, it became very clear.  We were hard pressed to find any footage throughout the day that she wasn’t smiling.  And with a wedding as amazing as hers, it is clear to see why.

Kate and Lukas had a very intimate backyard wedding at the Hettinger home in Salem, SC. With the lake as their backdrop, Kate and Lukas said their vows in front of their friends and family. You really couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting.  After that, their friends and family followed them to the Keowee Key Country Club for the wedding reception. Allie and her team at I Do did an amazing job making sure the reception area was absolutely perfect.  It was truly a stunning celebration as Lukas and Kate spent the rest of the evening celebrating their new marriage with their friends and family.

Be sure to check out their video.  I bet you can’t get through it without smiling 🙂

Wedding Highlights Film :: Ben + Abby :: “God’s Best For You” :: Greenville, SC

Abby and Ben had a beautiful wedding in downtown Greenville at the Huguenot Lofts. Everything about their day was absolutely perfect, from the beautiful weather, the setup and decor of their venue, and the pure emotion of their wedding ceremony.

The most memorable thing about Abby and Ben’s day was Ben’s reaction to seeing Abby for the first time as she walked down the aisle.  You could feel the raw emotion that took over Ben as Abby and her father walked down the aisle towards him and I am so happy we were there to capture that moment.  Their entire ceremony was an emotional celebration of their relationship and the work that God has done to bring them together.  They capped the entire ceremony off by having their family come down front and pray for them as they start their new life together and I couldn’t think of any better way to start off your marriage.

After the cermeony, they finished the evening with some amazing photos on the river walk and an amazing party at their reception.  It was literally one of those parties that just didn’t stop and it was a great end to such a perfect day.

We are so happy to share their film and hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.

Wedding Highlights Film :: MaryAnn + Christian :: “Everything You Have Ever Dreamed Of” :: Bushnell, FL

We had so much fun at this wedding.  In fact, everyone had a great time here and I think it shows.  MaryAnn and Christian invited us down to Florida to film their wedding and we couldn’t have been more excited about making the trip.  Their venue was in a field beside a beautiful shiplap barn sitting on 10 acres in Bushnell, FL called The Orange Blossom Barn.  Surrounded by open fields and old trees, it was the perfect backdrop for their ceremony.

Their wedding planner, Chelsea, was able to bring together a great vision for their wedding.  MaryAnn and Christian created a relaxed environment all day for their friends and family, including corn hole, a fire pit, and giant games of Jenga.  It fit perfectly with the feel of their day and was so much fun for everyone.

Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful.  The barn door reveal for MaryAnn’s entrance was perfect and you could see the emotion on Christian’s face when he watched her coming down the aisle.  Even though they did a first look, you could still feel the emotion in that moment and it only continued throughout the ceremony.

As great as all of that was, the highlight of the day for me was when we joined their photographer, Katie, and headed across the farm to an open field at sunset.  Being in Florida, you always picture beautiful sunsets, but nothing could have prepared us for the one that waited for us.  We were able to capture some insanely beautiful footage of them together in that field before the sun set and they joined their friends and family back at the reception.

MaryAnn and Christian, Thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of your wedding.  It is not a trip we will soon forget and I am so happy we were able to be a part of your day.

Wedding Film :: Amy + Jordan :: “I Did, I Do, and I Always Will” :: The Belvedere :: Baltimore, MD

The beautiful thing about Amy and Jordan’s wedding was that it was no only an amazing end to 2016, but it was also an amazing start to 2017.  They did something incredibly unique and decided to get married on New Years Eve and have their reception end after midnight so they could ring in the New Year as husband and wife with all of their friends and family… Yup… It was as great as it sounds.

We first met Amy in 2011 when we went to Rehoboth Beach, DE to film her sister’s wedding.  It was one of our most memorable weddings ever and needless to say, when Amy contacted us to come to Baltimore to film her wedding, we couldn’t wait to be there.

It was such a fantastic weekend. We love visiting Baltimore and the Belvedere was am amazing venue.  Their ceremony and reception took place on the top floor of the Belvedere and having all of their friends and family stay until midnight to bring in the New Year with them was an extra special way to start off their marriage.

We are so happy to share their film and hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.

Wedding Highlights Film :: Daniel + Presley :: “And Now There’s You” :: Spartanburg, SC

It was a day over 7 years in the making… and it was everything they dreamed it would be.

One of our favorite parts of this wedding was the incredible amount of emotion it had throughout the day.  A lot of times when planning weddings, brides may decide not to do a first look because they want that “reaction” from the groom when the bride walks down the aisle and he sees her for the first time, which is a totally valid point.  Wanna know what’s incredible about this wedding?  Daniel and Presley did a first look…. and she STILL got that emotional reaction from Daniel. Not only that, but his reaction all day long was perfect.  From the first look, to the wedding ceremony, to the speeches, you could see his love for Presley all over his face.  All day, it was priceless.  You could just see their love for each other over and over again.

We were also given an incredible moment during the reception when Presley’s dad got up to give a speech to the couple.  He said something that really made us look at the day differently.  We’ve seen the bride and her father do a first look before, but this one took on a whole different meaning for us after his speech.  It never really set in that when we capture those moments, we are capturing a time when a dad is seeing his daughter for the last time as just his daughter.  It’s a goodbye of sorts… It’s saying “You were totally mine, but now you’re his….” It was beautiful and I’m so glad we were able to capture it and build a segment in this film around the premise.

Presley and Daniel, you two were amazing and we are so glad we have a chance to capture your day and tell your story.
